Orders can be placed by phone, email, or our website no less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pick up time. All orders must be confirmed by our team. We may reject some orders if they are beyond our capacity for the specified date.
You may edit your order via our online portal, by calling us, or by email no later than 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick up time. Your bill will be adjusted to reflect any changes made to your order. Changes less than 72 hours in advance are subject to approval, may not be able to be accommodated, and may incur additional charges.
If for any reason you should need to cancel your order, you may do so for a full refund no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance but at least 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
If paying by credit card, you will be charged in full when we have confirmed your order. You will receive a receipt via email. If paying by cash or check, we will not cash your check or accept payment in cash until we have confirmed your order. If the full payment is not received 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup time, your order may be canceled.
